U.S. Supreme Court To Take Up Obama’a Immigration Executive Orders
The Supreme Court will decide the fate of President Obama’s immigration action on immigration, which would allow millions of undocumented immigrants to apply for work permits and other benefits.
The President unveiled the program a year ago, but the federal courts blocked the implementation after 26 states questioned his authority.
The Supreme Court is expected to rule by June 2016.
This ruling will come months before the country selects a new president and will finally answer whether the president exceeded his authority.
